What Do I Need To Apply For A Spanish Mortgage? 
 General

• Copies of passports.
• Copies of "NIE" (Spanish Tax Number). This is an ID Number, now essential to have in Spain.
• Copies of "Residencia" (We can apply for you). Only necessary if you are applying as a Resident.
• Copies of latest 3 months Bank Statements.
• Copy of "Nota Simple" (Property Registration Details).
• Purchase Contract ("Compra-Venta", not always required).
• Saving accounts or assets.

Proof of income.

There are many various ways to prove income. Not all the below examples are required.

Employed

• P60/ Inland Revenue
• Last 3 Pay Slips
• Work Contract

Self Employed

• Tax Payments
• 3 Months Accounts
• Letter from Accountant

Retired

• Pension
• Investments
